When the Cowboys are on you can find us in front of the television with lots of food, good drinks and great company! The last Cowboys game was definitely a nail biter I was really hoping they weren't going to blow it, if you watch the Cowboys or are a fan you know in the past they tend to choke under pressure. Now that they have Zeke and Prescott they have an amazing team not saying they are the only ones carrying the team but they are an amazing duo and Prescott has an amazing offensive line to help protect him, I think in the past Romo just kind of got left out in the open, that's probably why he has been out healing from a broken collar bone twice. I am just glad they are doing so well this year!
I get this look daily because I am always stealing his drinks haha
Game day food consisted of corn salsa and barbecue pulled chicken nachos
My bestie introduced me to this corn salsa and I have been making it ever since, it is so good!!
I use 2 cans of corn 1 yellow and 1 white
I put a little bit of green onion in but you can also use cilantro.
let sit for a few hours in the fridge
Barbecue Chicken Nachos
Put chicken in a slow cooker with some barbecue sauce let cook on low for 8 hours
layer chips, chicken, barbecue sauce, sour cream, cheese sauce (I made homemade but you can pick up any that you like), green onion and any other topping you want.
